Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Track The Stack ("Service") operated by Track The Stack ("us", "we", or "our").

Track The Stack is a poker league management platform that allows users to:

  • Create and manage poker leagues
  • Track game results and statistics
  • View leaderboards and analytics
  • Manage player profiles and achievements
  • Organize tournaments and cash games

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Payments and Refunds

Track The Stack may offer premium features or subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes
  • Accept that refunds are provided at our sole discretion
  • Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Track The Stack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination and Data Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

  • League data you created may be retained for other league members

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
